What does One Hatch Media do?
One Hatch Media is a lead generation and CRM company based in Bengaluru, India. We run Meta and Google ad campaigns that produce enquiries, deliver those enquiries into a white-label CRM in real time, and automate the WhatsApp and call follow-up that turns an enquiry into a booked appointment. It works for any business where a form fill has to become a phone call — real estate, where our experience is deepest, but equally clinics, coaching centres, gyms and home services. Hosting, SSL, the custom domain and all future updates are included.
Is hosting included, or do I pay for it separately?
Hosting is included. Your CRM and your lead-capture site run on managed edge infrastructure with an automatically renewed SSL certificate on your own custom domain. There is no separate server bill and no DevOps person to hire. Automatic backups and every future product update are included on the same basis.
Are the leads exclusive to me?
Yes. A lead generated for your account is delivered only to your account. We do not resell the same enquiry to your competitors.
How quickly does a new lead reach my agent?
In seconds. Meta Lead Ads are delivered through a real-time webhook rather than a scheduled export, so the enquiry is created in the CRM, deduplicated, scored, assigned to someone currently marked live, and pushed to their phone as a notification.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes, the CRM is fully white-label: your logo, brand colour, tagline and your own domain such as crm.yourbrand.com. Your team logs in to your brand and your customers never see the words One Hatch.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export it. Every lead, note, activity log and property record can be exported to CSV at any time, including on your final day. Your lead database belongs to you.
Does the CRM work on a phone?
It is built phone-first. The CRM installs to a team member's home screen as an app, keeps working through a dead signal by queueing changes offline, and sends push notifications when a lead arrives.
Do I need to already run ads to use the CRM?
No. Some clients take the CRM alone and feed it from their own campaigns, their website, Google Sheets or a bulk CSV import. Others take lead generation and CRM together.
Which cities do you cover?
We are based in Bengaluru and most of our work is across Bengaluru. The platform is not geographically limited and campaigns can be run for any Indian city, in any sector where an enquiry has to become a phone call.
